Rooms are also available to conference attendees who wish to hold their program meetings, alumni meetings and receptions, interest group meetings, etc. during the dates of the 2020 CUGH conference in order to take advantage of a time when so many of their group members are already brought together by the CUGH event.
Space is limited. Applications to reserve space for a satellite meeting are reviewed on a rolling basis, and contingent on space availability.
